I had a top time last night!!
Went to see the DILLENGER ESCAPE PLAN who were brilliant but were nowhere near as good as this band who were supporting them caleed mono.
Mono were so fucking good its just not describable in words. If you you have ever heard the japanese band boris then they were very remeniscent of them.. and they are japanese as well.
It was a bit of a who's who of manchester bands there last night also... there was a big group of us from bands like beecher, ripley and megatron. what a gathering, and i didnt even have to pay as ed from beecher got me and shane (who plays bass in megatron) in for free because their tour manager guy was sorting out the gig. BANG ON!!!!
