so i aint updated in a while. tats still on the waiting and not back at work yet. nearly three months membership up 
and wont be able to rejoin till im back in the money. diet and things going well. ive set my self a target for next july to apply. may seem a lil while a way but youll be seeing alot more of me then hopefully
