The date went really well! It was just very fun getting-to-know-you type stuff, and we did the crucial talking of the last serious relationship thing enough that that part feels pretty much done already. When she was talking I was listening intently cause shes really smart and unpretentious but I kept thinking what she would look like when her pussy was eaten. Just got home -- and shes emailed me already saying she wants to hang out Wed. night. Cool!!! (To complicate things perhaps, I also got a few emails from the record store girl Hm.)

Today was so action packed I went to two different housewarming parties; had the big date; got Asian candy for friends at this great store called Uwajimaya; saw two fabulous and mindfuckingblowing sets of Neko Case singing with Kelly Hogan and Carolyn Mark plus that Jon whatsisface guy -- the virtuoso pedal steel/ banjo/ guitar god guy the girls told filthy jokes in-between every song and were just having tons of fun it was really rad saw the whole show; then I made it over just in time to see Carissas Wierd's triumphant return from tour set which was phenomenal they have new songs that I cant fucking wait to release on Sad Robot. One is called Die and its just so Buffy the Vampire Slayer I wish that show wasnt going off the air

Ran into lots of friends, and it was just like the perfect action packed day, kinda like South by Southwest except I always knew where I was going so I could get places real fast. Tomorrow Im taking my nephew to see Neko and Kelly do a show just for kids feels a bit like overkill, but then she sings and I just am transported to a whole nother place. Shes as great as Patsy Cline and Kitty Wells in my book. Maybe even Billie Holiday sometimes? Naw thats blasphemy. Shit sleep is calling me!!!
