Today just sorta... happened. I am glad it is over.
Nothing too too bad -- though I got Bettina mad at me -- that's a bummer since she's been a pal for about 13 years & I'm gonna have to go out of my way to really make sure she's not mad at me since she's one of those hold a grudge people... Even flakey relationships can be so much work!
And nothing too too great either though I got to see Tisha who is a very happy and smart chick and the end of 'American Idol' --I am very glad I'm not following this season 'cause it just doesn't look so appealing this go round.
Fred called from Brooklyn (not so odd since he lives there) and he's like my best friend, I always have the most excellent chats with him. It's so nice when people just get you, you know? I I spend so much of my goddamn LIFE re-explaining my explanations to people -- 'No, I was being deadpan, it's a close cousin to ironic'... Anyway.
Tomorrow the Canadian frieght company drops by with many many boxes of the NEW YETI. Hooray.
