i almost got my neck broken yesterday. i went snowboarding before work last night at this ghetto hill in the middle of he city. it takes longer to strap in, than it does to ride down the entire hill.

anyway, as i went to get on the chair, i stepped onto the plywood that was serving as the 'loading zone' , well, it was glare ice and i slipped. the idiot lift operator, ust watches me fall. he makes no attempt to shut the lift. so i'm on my knees on the ground, trying to stand, when the chairlift whips around and smashes into my back, knocking me flat out on the ground. the lift operator, still totally mystified, looks at me and says' i though you was gonna get up" what a freakin' idiot.

i talked to the manager, who was also in the same genius category as this liftie, who really didn't offer me any words of wisdom. anyway, my shoulder hurts. i think i got a little whiplash.

i smell a lawsuit.

in other news----i got the 'six feet under' dvd set.
