Ah the dredded appraisal/review. How do u think its going to go mate?

Being an ex call centre manager I can tell you it's worse haveing to be the manager than the operator/CSA etc.

As long as you do your preparation and have enough to say etc you should be fine.

If you want any tips on how to impress your boss at these things ask and I can give you some pointers about what he/she will be looking for.
