And thus, my friendship with Tim, on the day of his girlfriend's birthday, is revealed as superbly superficial.

I've been doing acting with the guy every few months for the past three years and I've only just met his girlfriend and learnt her name. He must of mentioned her a thousand times but it went through one ear and out the other. It made me realise that I should try harder with my friendships because I know some really awesome people and I don't want to lose touch when uni finishes. Thankfully, I had an enjoyable evening and caught up loads with Tim and met several attractive ladies to take my mind off things. I got the number of one and hopefully going to see two of them soon as we go to the same club nights.

That reminds me, I was going to meet this girl from work for a drink tonight.
