Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh

I feel much better after last night. The dissertation got the better of me and I just had to escape my house as I was going stir crazy. It was a bit of a nightmare though as everyone else was working really hard and/or skint so I had no one to get drunk with. Thankfully I have friends in the first year who do know work at all so I chilled out there for a few hours and then toddled home. I walked past Blockbuster and saw my friend Kate working. It was almost the end of her shift so I got to rent Man on Fire for free (bless that girl!) and then she came round to watch it and we stayed up until three in the morning. Watching DVDs, chatting, smoking and having a beer. It was nice. When she left I gave her a kiss and she smiled, I'm really getting into this kissing friends thing, it's fucking brilliant and much less hassle than sex.

I haven't heard from Beth from Monday. I guess that ambiguous chemistry is not so ambiguous anymore, but hey if you don't ask you don't get. I'm only at uni for another month, most of the people I know I'll never see again. The last thing I want to do is wonder "what if" about a bunch of girls I used to hang out with ten years down the road. There was some great girls at school who asked me out but I said no coz I was really shy and girls scared me. I'm never making that mistake again.
