So I got a call yesterday from the Student Union:
"Hi, we heard about this pantomime you're putting on, is there anything we can do to help? We can do posters and flyers for you for free and even put an article in the student paper!"
"How did you get my number?"
The buzz on my panto is crazy, everyone seems to know about it and everyone is really supportive. I'm even auctioning a two-line role on Friday for Children in Need!
I've got my rehearsal space now thankfully and I had my first read through last night. I think it went quite well. Some people got their roles spot on, other like my mate Stretch is going to make me age by twenty years. The thing with stretch is that he's a very very talented actor. However, he's one of these people who always say "I'll do it on the night" and in every rehearsal is absolutely shite. I know he'll be brilliant but before then I may have a stroke.
