I didn't know Clerks was part of a secret society!

I own a Clerks T-shirt. I like it and I think it's cool, but I am always overwhelmed by the response I get when I wear it in public. I get guys (always guys, god bless you all!) shaking my hand in the street, buying me beer, I've even had free rail travel!

Tonight was one of the craziest though. I was out clubbing with friends and I had eleven guys come up and compliment me on my top. ELEVEN! I felt like a celebrity of sorts. It was funny coz my mates haven't seen the film and mock me for my film obsession so the look on their faces tonight was priceless. Best 17 I've ever spent.

I can't imagine what would of happened if I told them I had the Clerks and Chasing Amy screenplays handsigned by Kevin Smith. They'd probably cream themselves. However, I feel oddly proud as none of us (I have to include myself in the group) are fat and few looked overly geeky. It was an Indie night so it was hard to tell, but I like this club. We're in on a secret that on one else knows. To experience Clerks is to love it. It's kind of like Dr Pepper, actually scratch that. It's like this site. Dismissed by so many, but once you actually look at it you are pleasantly surprised.

This is my longest entry in a long time, I should get drunk more often.
