I am registered and paid for 5 classes, but the online coursework system has no record of my classes, and the customer service people are useless, too.

Well, don't expect me to be out a lot for the next 2 years. 2 years straight through at school will earn me a BBA and foothold in the real world. Its almost all going to be accounting and business based courses. This is gonna be interesting... maybe.
