I hate doctors, they never tell you in plain English.

So, what I get is: high white blood cell count, not anemia, pain there is very bad, change tactics, see surgeon and gastrointestinal doctor. If pain continues or bleeding is high go straight to emergency room, do not pass go, do not collect 200dollars.
