so, for the first time since i was 15 i am now unemployed...
i was back to my job less than a month, picked up 3 shifts i wasnt even scheduled for in that short period of time including new years fucking day and when i make a comment to HR that according to the family leave act i'm guarunteed a full time position since thats what i was working before the accident, i'm suddenly on the chopping block and fired for having pink eye and coming in the next day complete with dr's note

how the hell do i get a new job when the place ive been at for over 2 years wont give me a good reference now (mind you, im in the process of trying to get in touch with a higher up in the company and explain the situation in hopes i can avoid having to reference the bitch i called my boss)
seriously, i dont even own an outfit worthy of wearing to an interview

Target is a bitch of a company. I now know that they must fire anyone whom they deem a troublemaker. In all actuality, Target and any other employer can let you go for no reason at all. My gaming friend worked for Target for several years, doing security programming or some such thing ($80k+ per year) and he said something about the MN department of Human Rights, and next thing he knew he was fired. He sued and lost too. He tried appealing and still lost. That was all recently. Target sucks eggs.
