Stories from the road:
Last night was a good show in Milton - now on to Windsor. Got caught in the middle of a wicked cat-fight after the show last night. Some crazy f'ing chick just comes over and starts grabbing the hair and throwing punches at a chick I'm talking to. Don't really know the background, but wow, this chick was something pissed, let me tell you. I was in the middle, so I grabbed the attackers right arm and put it into a full lock. Normally, if I do this to someone (and have done to some very large, strong men) they hurt a lot and go down on their knees and ask to be let out. Amazingly enough, this was not the case. This chick was so worked up, she started throwing punches at this other chick with her left hand like I wasn't even touching her. Finally the bouncers got there and pulled her away (three bouncers, actually).
I found out after, that the freind of the girl I was talking to was attacked by her first and given a bloody nose. Apparently her freind "stole" her boyfriend, or something...
I don't know why, but I was kinda turned on by all the fierce woman thing. Klingon sex? Yes Please.....

thanks for the kind words. i know the falling-for-your-friend thing happens often, and in fact have been on the other side of it myself, so i felt like it'd be stupid to ask for advice. but it helps to have sympathy.
