Listening to Morphine tonight and pondering the wonders of our sad existence on this mortal coil.
Did Mark Sandman die the ultimate rock 'n' roll death, or was it just a tragic waste of talent.
It is sad that he passed still young and full of talent, but to die leaving the stage at the end of an amazing show - that's legendary.
Is it the kind of legend you want to have to live (yeah, I know) up to? As a musician, if you have to die, is there any better way?
This is how I occupy my mind? Geez.
