Okay, instead of masturbating, I'll update this thing...

Things have calmed down a bit here, though I'm still a basket case.
I'll drop the full details of the court preceedings later tonight, I just don't have the time to crank it out right now.

The key points are that I am not going to be charged with anything. The gist of it is that this fuck-stick ass-hat I once knew is about to go to jail for a long time. He was trying to lessen that time by putting some of the charges on me.

Well the judge denied his motion, so I'm cool that way. Though having his dirtbag friends stare me down while I was on the stand was nerveracking. So was having one of them try to follow me out of the court room, then being escorted out by my lawyer, via a "private" exit.

In other news I scored copies of the new Sufjan Stevens, and 13 and God. They are both incredible records. In related news, the yet to be released Belle and Sebastian is garbage. stop it... just stop it.
