haven't been updating that much, i've just been playing WoW and Guild Wars, so my time is pretty much consumed by those games and my kids and pj.

so today's alright, i'm about to start this freaking cabbage soup diet thing that my dad did, and he lost ten pounds in about one week. the great thing is that whenever you want you can eat this soup, as much as you want, whenever you're hungry.
