So.... whats up...it's been a minute to say the least.

I decided I was not going to post a blog unless it was meaningful so that might explain my absence.

I recently watched a movie called "Melancholia" which really sparked my mind. I feel, after watching the news and various documentaries, that this planet is fucked. Plain and simple.

I love being out in the woods, swimming in rivers, climbing whatever and going caving!

And it's all currently being destroyed.

Slowly but surly everything that I love is going to be destroyed by my own people, and it makes me sad.

I wonder if, when I'm old, my little cousin will be able to swim in the same rivers I swim in?

I know I sure can't swim in the Chattahoochee, while my ancestors could.

I know the stream by my house that I used to play in as a child is now so polluted that four friends of mind have gotten an infection from the same stream.

I love the woods with all of my heart!

It's hard for me to admit, but the only thing that makes me cry is the knowledge that all that I love is being torn down for money and at some point it will never be the same as it is now, just like it is not the same as it was before.
