So I'm driving the 2 hours back from LA after the Nine Inch Nails concert.
Listening to the NIN instrumental album Ghosts

and I'm inspired to start writing a Trucker love song in the style of Neil Diamond....
yea I don't know but here's the first draft. I'll upload a recording later in the week.


Picked her up on the side of the road
said she's headed to Tokyo

I said

and a little baby was a year away

I also bought a microphone and cables and such, so I've pretty much got a mini home recording studio now. Gonna start trying to get some of these song ideas fleshed out.
