im currently super sick and not looking forward to going to work tomorrow so im filling in time untill i can sleep.
ive been working the easter long weekend, building the new CFA shed in Bonnie Doon and renovating my house. which of course the Bonnie Doon thing has resulted in people singing the lyrics from The Castle.
anyway after work i drove to Melbourne to party with the always lovely @soho_ and @atlanticlungs and @i_am_ghost. i was about an hour from home when i smell bourbon and realise my bottle of bourbon has cracked and left everything in my bag swimming in an inch of wild turkey. so i spent the night freezing my arse off and wearing a half soaked bourbon shirt i managed to salvage which is also why im very sick at the moment. and my car smells like death, im scared its some sort of vehicular nerconomicon thatll resurrect the ghosts of past hangovers.
i also got to meet some awesome new people like @lizziesky and @twitchling , who're all super nice. Lizzie who as im sure everyone knows is an incredible photographer, spent some time taking horrible photos of me which is unfortunately is saying all too much about my unattractiveness.
i think we all got pretty drunk, which is pretty easy for me these days seeing as i dont drink that often anymore, and the morning after @soho_ and i got a well deserved Maccas breakfast with about 50 mayonnai packets and i introduced her to Hot Rod.
Definitely a very sweet saturday night and i hope we can all party together again soon.
Then i drove home, fell asleep twice at the wheel which was rather silly and scary. not something i wanna repeat, i got home and slept for 12 hours and finished the CFA shed and decided to run up a massive steep hill which nearly killed me, theres photos of the hill on my instagram. lachlanrjones is my user name on ig fyi.
so now im currently on the couch watching 30 Rock, dying slowly, fluey as all hell, and wishing i was better. so i apologise to anyone ive made sick.
im also pretty excited that ive got my interveiws for the Army coming up very soon so i need to be studying my math stuff and im fighting again sometime in May and im gonna be the main event on a fight show in June which is awesome. so ive gotta keep training flat out and getting better. im also going for my 2nd degree black top soon which'll mean i could open my own muay thai gym if i ever wanted to but im slowly taking on more responsibilities at the club, teaching more classes and learning more and getting better at teaching/getting my point across.
