you know, i'm sick to fucking death for getting constantly blasted for being conservative...epecially on this site. let's talk about what i believe. i believe first and foremost that people are responsible for their own failures or successes. that's not to say that there are not exceptions, but by and large, it's true. i believe that abortion is wrong but i don't think it should be outlawed (my sister has had two). i believe that the death penalty should be abolished...for several reasons. i believe that most drugs should be decriminalized...not legalized. i believe that most politicians are liars, but i also believe that most of them want to do the right thing...even if it's the wrong thing. i don't believe in god but i wish i did. i believe that overall, islam's beliefs are diametrically opposed to that of western civilizations. i believe that it's a man's sole duty is to take care of his children. i believe america is a fundamentally good place, in fact, i firmly believe that there is no place better. i believe that america's soldiers are truly heroes (like my brother, currently in his sixth year in the u.s. air force).
