Only a few weeks left until my first move in the past 4 years. I'm excited and sad all at the same time. This is the longest I've been in one spot since joining the Navy and it feels weird to leave so many friends and places behind... In other news, I started a new work out plan and diet about 6 weeks ago and I'm definitely seeing results. I usually hover between 182-184 and now I'm regularly around 176-177 with a definite difference in muscle increase
