update time...yay!
so today was a great day. Started off a little slow but gradually got better. Got lots and lots done at work- proud of my achievements for the day.
Came home worked out and now here i am. I was supposed to make a little drive north tonight but i'm postponing it until tomorrow morning.

first off thanks again for the lovely comments i feel so spoiled sometimes!

In a surprise last minute Lunch-attack, I went with my vendor on a business lunch to the restaurant Oceans! I was there for less then 18 hours, otherwise Id be sure to have met your sunny wonderful tanned self!
Good for you with the Gym - I need to keep up with you & perhaps match you one for one ! Im glad to hear you getting out of a funk, and yeah, i think exercise changes the mentality totally.
