I've had to walk to and from work today, and will probably be doing this until either my last unemployment check comes or my first paycheck...
Yeah, whine, cry, boohoo: walking to work? you say, why that's a great idea! it saves you money and it's less of a Carbon Footprint! Plus you'll be in better shape and it's a great way to get some fresh air!!
Yay. Great. Thanks, honestly i know it's good for me and the planet and all that crap. but i'd rather pay $3 a day to take the bus to and from work instead.

I live in the Presidio in SF, I work in SOMA, SF... Google it: Baker Beach to 4th and Brannan.
5.8 miles.
to AND from work, so i walk 11.6 miles a day now. which is only 2hrs each way! Which considering my 10am to 7pm schedule isn't so bad...

that's right i forgot!!! how silly of me: We started Overtime on our title this week, which means I'm now working 10am to 1130pm.... YAY! Overtime!
OH WAIT.
So this means that i was up at 7am to S.S.S. (shitshower&shave)and be out the door by 8am to be at work by 10am... and then i'm off at 1130pm which means i don't get home until....... oh yeah... 130am which isn't so bad if i get enough sleep...
OH WAIT.
I have to be up at 7am to make it to work by 10.
Oh, i almost forgot... today's my fucking birthday.
