tomorrow is my last final for the semester. it is also my very last day of this horrible school!!

i actually baked a chicken breast to perfection for the very first time today! hooray! i'm horrible at cooking. i've tried multiple times to bake chicken, yet i always find something wrong with it. not this time. it was absolutely perfect. very yum in my tum!!

Trying to figure out my place here.
Currently visiting the journals and comments of those nearby in hopes of fnding locals near-mentally compatable. Not sure how's best to interact.. seems commenting on journals is the way to go. Don't really appreciate the HookupForums or Groups (yet anyhow). ..prolly over thinking it. This is only like my fourth day.
How do you do it?
Usually i just go from freezer to oven on broil.. smear butter over it and sprinkle it with paprika.. then check it every 20 min for an hour to make sure it doesn't need more butter/paprika. Seems im incapable of cooking pork chops. but the chicken usually comes out alright.
my delcious baked chicken involved: placing the chicken on foil, sprinkle some zatarans on top, add butter, loosely fold the foil, stick in the oven at 350 for 30 min and yee haw! of course that's just for one piece of chicken breast, hence the short time in the oven.

actually i don't go to LSU anymore. this previous semester i was at Our Lady of the Lake. but starting january, i'll be in nursing school elsewhere.
