Ok, so my to combat my shitty end of the week spent in bed with some sort of head malfunction, I decided to get some fresh air and head out to town. Met up with Tom and hit the pier head to see this HUB thing going on. On the whole I was fairly impressed, lots of skaters, rollers and riders with some killer moves (see pics.) Managed to see Tom Ward's little bro' Sam doing his thing in one of the comp's they had running.

So the other side was all the painting going on - the air was thick with CFC's and luminaries, plenty of thick shit for you to inhale. There was some serious talent going down too, and a little bit of dissin that probably shouldn't have been on public display at such an event, but hell thats graf eh?

Anyhow was a cool day - Geordie lads in Chinatown were decent, as were the all the other guys I got intro'ed to. Big shout out to Becca and Becky too, and all the moorlane posse that came down - I'll shout louder out my window next time
