i used to be a huge fan.. not sure if I like them now.. but I have heard a couple of pretty cool songs from the new album.

The reason I first started liking them and their first album was for their political views.. as well as the fact that I thought they were the best band ever!.. But then when Toxicity was released and they got absolutely huge I started hearing them everywhere it kind of put me off, then I saw them live and was really disappointed by the fact that although they lyrically they had some great political messages, when they played live the most they had to say was 'yeah.. lets get fucked up'.. it kind of made me loose respect for them. (Not that I don't like getting fucked up and have anything against it! hahah).. but I figure that when you have an audience like that, that are so devoted to your every word, and you have an opportunity to say something that means something and maybe influence people who normally wouldn't listen, then if you 'apparently' are so politically active then you should take that opportunity. I hope that makes sense.
