Other than that... down 21 lbs since Memorial Day. Have rarely missed a workout. Diet could use some improvements, but overall, it's way better than it was. Haven't had a soda of any kind in like 7 weeks and only one time in the last 8? So easy.

THAT feels good. Compared to the earlier part of the post. Haha!
