Dropped 10 lbs since last Tuesday. I'm pretty happy about that, 60 more to go! I'm doing that Body by Vi 90 challenge. Yeah, I know the marketing is "annoying". I'm not going to spam you guys with it.

Anywhooo... I'm hoping this jump starts me into a chapter of healthy living. I can't be on these shakes forever, I get that. But if it gets me to eat better, exercise more, read labels... I'm all for it.

Doing a trendy diet/exercise thing doesnt work forever but it's a good way to jump start you into weight loss. I started off doing the south beach diet/ low carb thing and i was dropping pounds fast. Then i started walking 2 miles and then joined the gym. I ended up losing 20 pounds. I totally eat better now and am probably in the best shape iv'e ever been. Hang in there. You can do it.biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

Well, I'm down close to 13 lbs in 2 weeks with a couple nights of hockey a week and a few work outs here and there. Not counting a couple bar food meals, I haven't had fast food in two weeks and that's saved me a ton of money.

I hope to have results as good as yours! That's awesome! Congrats!
