Nothing caps off a night out with friends, then driving around for an hour, looking for a friend with car troubles because he doesn't know where he is. Then receiving a call that the cops picked him up and he's being held at a courthouse 45 minutes away.
Folks, it's not worth it. Be smart. I can admit that I've made dumb choices like driving home after a night out and knowing full well that I should've shouldn't. I've been extremely lucky that I haven't ended up like my friend. But at the same time, I've learned my lesson and get rides when I need one.
Thankfully, he didn't hurt anyone.
