People always take what you say and turn it around so the worst possible side is showing.We live in a world full of pessimists. Apparently everything would explode if something showed up and was actually a good idea. I am no different from anyone else, a walking example of a hypocrite. It is not that i don't try to follow my own advice. I am just being human. Hind site is aways 360 degrees as the saying goes. When i was a little boy i felt it was my destiny to do something great for the world. To change it for the better or discover something that makes peoples lives a little bit more pleasant. And now that i'm 23 i wonder why the world is so screwed up. Thats it. I just wonder. I have dreams just like you. But it seems that everytime i turn to look at them they wander of into some dark alley and wait around for me to find them again. I mumble a single apathetic word into the foggy mirror. "Someday..."

The world is pretty screwed up, no doubt. I think of it like this, we have the ability to change the world, at least the world around us. Think about all the ppl you encounter every day and think how to peacefully interact and not allow the drama and monotony of daily living to sink you. Many revolutions, have started with one man standing up and saying 'I have a voice'.
I like your photos of the fireworks, I miss the old stuff with perspective that you were doing, the black and whites have presence.
BTW- I don't own a fill flash. I woulda, shoulda, coulda done that pic ten times better, but hindsight is always 20/20
