I sleep like shit. Some of you may already know this. In an effort to combat the lack of sleep I finally broke down and took some 'Simply Sleep'. I slept like a damm baby. Well one that sleeps all through the night anyways. I even had an odd dream that I remembered for once. It was of me getting a tattoo. One was of some stange symbol I have never seen it my life. It was on the outside of my elbow about where it bends. The other wrapped around my forearm just above my real life tattoo of a spider. It looked like a ring of flowers. The type I would imagine someone would put on a gravesite. *shrugs*

I love dreams. But that one is kind of weirding me out. Specially these days I am getting more into the idea that there is this energy in the world and that helps keeps nature in balence. I dont know if i belive it yet, but i do like the idea. Maybe tonight i will try to meditate again.
