just a thought...dont do a hard insane crazy work out at lunch..Then run 2 miles after works....then go climbing all in the same day...Ouch dose not even begin to describe the next few days heh..

Have you ever been sitting around in your place and everything is way to quiet. So you turn some music on or the tv and its still to quiet. Then you looked outside and it looked quiet our there too. Whatd you do about it after that lol? Cause i'm a t a loss.

Yeah i did that when I went through my divorce It was the first time living alone in my entire life and things were just eerie i turned on every thing I could in the house then broke down crying so I left the house and went shopping it made me feel better . I felt like the walls were closing in on me.

Well.....I usually have Mondays and Tuesdays off. But other than that...I'm off around 7 on a regular basis; plus or minus a few hours, but that's generally what I've figured from my shifts. Give me a jingle.
