Well, I've found a new band that I like, they're called The Secret Machines (damn good name, right?), and they're pretty cool, kind of like Bright Eyes mixed with Interpol. See em for yourself and tell me what you think, it's always good to hear what the people who read my journal have to say.

I've realized that I've been really bored all day. I was really disappointed that I couldn't get Punch Drunk on the Methadones tour, but it's all good. I'm going to try and do it guerilla style and call each venue and get Punch Drunk on those shows.

I spent all day talking with Suicide Girls and my friends and watching SLC Punk. I absolutely love that movie, I mean, poor Matthew Lillard, he was absolutely INCREDIBLE in that movie, and ever since that movie his career has just been a fucking sham. I mean hell, today I was watching television and I saw a trailer for ANOTHER Scooby Doo flick....it makes me sad

But yeah, Roby and I were having a chat last night about Fight Club and how it might or might not be an art flick. My argument was that no part in any movie is more beautiful than in the end of the movie when Ed Norton is holding hands with that girl and their entire world is literally falling down around them. Her argument, well, it wasn't really an argument so much as an opinion, was that it wasn't cool that Fight Club was the "cool art flick" everybody watches, and that sudo-intellectuals watch it.

But yeah, that's about all that's going on in The Angus front, and I realized that I need to put more than zero candids onto my candids page.
