Around a month ago, I was being persecuted at work for being one of the most senior cooks, yet not taking charge/being serious in the kitchen when working with others.
Today my boss pulled me aside and said I was taking my job TOO seriously and that my stress levels were disrupting the workplace. He also recommended I sit back and let my coworker deal with most of the orders rather than take charge of the kitchen.
So... I'm damned if I do and I'm damned if I don't. What the FUCK am I expected to do, exactly?!
