I just watched Punch Drunk Love.
I always wanted to watch it. I finally have. It's like a little teeny tiny bit of weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
I liked it. I thought it was really neat. I really related with Barry Egan. Just this total awkwardness with the world around him. It's like he didn't fit, yet he was doing the best he could. I remember a scene like, his sister was asking him if there was something wrong with him, and he said he didn't know, because he didn't know how people are supposed to be. Like, gosh. I kinda get that, and it kinda scares me. Not really. But blah.
What was with the car crash at the very beginning, though? What do you suppose he did with all the pudding?
