Okay. WOW.
I just got home from the Weakerthans/Jenn Grant/Chrstine Fellows concert, and I must say... holy shit that was some awesomeness. The Weakerthans were fantastic, as I knew they would be... and they played a FAIR NUMBER of my favourite songs! So that's WICKED. Sorry folks who think that is not wicked, because you must be living in a parallel universe. In THIS universe, it's totally awesome when the Weakerthans play most of the songs I love. As for other bands, Jenn Grant was good, but Christine Fellows came out of left field. She has this cute band from Winnipeg, (like the Weakerthans,) and they were friggin' awesome. That's all I can say.
Just total and complete awesome. Done. Period. Pack up your bags, we're leaving Subtlety Town. THIS WAS GREAT.
