Oh gosh. I forgot to mention:

I finished Portal and Episode: Two. Strangely, I found the ending of Episode: Two quite anti-climactic, whereas Portal was a blast. Portal was a small game, yes. But it was clean and polished, like a diamond.

In other news:

I quit my job. First, they wanted to withhold two and half hours of pay for a day I was early. Even though no one informed me when I was supposed to start that day. Secondly, my boss was just an all-around total bitch. I'm sorry for the language, but of all the people I've ever personally met, she fits that bill most accurately. She didn't have any kitchen experience, yet she was trying to run a kitchen, refusing advice from anyone and everyone. Unfortunately, life just doesn't work that way. It made life hell for the rest of us, so I finally had it and left.
