Hunger strike #2

I'm starting a numerical series like this, because I don't imagine it can be a permanent thing.
Anywho, I slept through my alarm this morning and went into work three hours late. My boss was pissed, but he knows I'm awesome, so I didn't even really get yelled at.
It was surreal looking at food all daying and thinking I can't have any of that. I'm waiting for my body to move on from this compulsion to put yummy-looking things in my mouth. I'm still drinking coffee, and now I'm having a little gin and tonic, but I don't believe this is a major affect. It certainly helps me by, anyway. Coffee... gin... coffee... it's like an on-off switch. Beautiful.
I did leave a burned CD at work for a coworker, and remembered to deposit my cheque on the way home. Hooray for accomplishments! Unfortunately, I can't think of anything interesting today, besides that.
I thought more about you-know-who. I realized that, Wednesday, when I told her to call me again to hang out before the poetry fest is over, I didn't give her my number. There's no way any of them could call me. That's unfortunate. Then again, if they really wanted to invite me, they could find me online. I don't think that will happen.
