that's pretty much all Melrose is good for apart from the bars / food places.....there was this awesome Italian place.....name....? it's funny. You guys don't just have stand alone bars... it's all restaurants with bars. We Aussies have bars..many of them.....without food. We are all about responsible service of alcohol......and looking after our peeps

Agreed. There are a few dark places but the majority are light. As if anyone wants to fucking see when they are drinking. There was this awesome old, seedy, dark pizza place in Hollywood somewhere - really old school. Loved it. Can't remember the name But in saying all this... the Rainbow room has my heart.
