Evidently the stress of this layoff has manifested itself in....the flu. I ache all over. Even my teeth. And yet I can't sleep. My lungs feel like they're gonna rip themselves out from the inside if I sneeze again.
So I guess I should go to bed, even if I can't sleep. Meh.

Sry to hear about your situation. Like dmac said, rest and fluids. Alternating ibuprofen and acetaminophen can help too.
