Wow, it's been almost a month since my last update. Damn, I'm getting bad about doing this.
This show down in Raleigh looks to be worth the trip. Would love to see Voltaire and Bella Morte. I've heard of, but never heard The Brides, Tix are only $20, so hell yes, I'm going.
Dr. Pains Haunted Asylum is a haunted house that I'm involved with. We've been looking for a building for a few months. We found one, so it looks like Dr. Pain's Haunted Asylum is a go-go-go again this year. Chaos, death, destruction, whoot!
Went and saw The Devil's Rejects. Gumbercules didn't like it, and the chick that I saw it with didn't like it either. There were some goofy plot holes that could have been written better, but I enjoyed the movie. I guess that I was watching it and seeing some of the social commentary that it was making. Like the power that other people have over us is only the power that we give them, and that if you aren't willing to take the risks and go for the brass ring, you're gonna be on the bottom of the shitpile and wind up getting killed by one of the Fireflys.
The movie did have it's problems. There were some lame plot points. So what. The message made sense.
Oh, yeah. Went and saw Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The best part of the movie was the trailer for Corpse Bride. Damnit, I have to wait until September. Damnit, damnit, damnit.
