i think that its amusing when people put X's in their screen name and do things like drink and do drugs. people being ignorant can be funny to me at times. and yes, it is very, very hard being the smartest guy in the room.

Most people do the Xs just because they think it's cool, or because the un-Xed version of the screen name they wanted was taken. Same way a lot of people think that sXe is a misspelling of "sex" or something like that.

I'd argue the sleep bit... the only reason my sleep patterns aren't worse is because I don't usually have to be anywhere until 3 in the afternoon. When I'm in school and working at the same time I get maybe three hours a night, tops.

Yeah... listening to all the same kind of music is just boring. Besides, there's good stuff in almost every genre, so why cheat yourself of good music to maintain indie/punk/gangsta/whatever-stupid-stereotype cred or whatnot?
