the anniversary of another uninteresting event has come and gone. i almost didnt notice. im still doing the same thing as i did last year: missing him. this time the panic factor is absent. a sigh of relief.

The term is too open to interpretation for there to really be a universal definition. Personally, though, I'd say someone severly lacking in restraint when it comes to sex (for example: people who whine endlessly if they have to go even a week without... and I have known some people like this).
