I found a peice of paper this morning, had the intro for a D20 Modern game I was going to run.
Here it goes.....
The nearly empty greyline bus suddenly swerves and the brake scream in protest at the sudden attempt to stop. The bus collides into the guard rail, sending sparks and the sounds of shearing metal into the night air.
With no more guard rail to slow it down, the bus veers off into the dirt of the soulder. Down the embankment and into a small creek with a splash. The opposing side brings the bus to a sudden and violent stop. Luckily everyone, even the driver, seems to have survived with bumps and bruises. Unbelting himself the driver gets up "Is everyone allright? Is everyone okay?" Wiping his brow and shaking his head "I didn't mean to hit him, he just came out of the fog! I didn't mean to hit him!" Pitifull moaning drifts in through the busted windshield. "He's alive?!" Without thinking, the driver jumps out through the front of the bus with a splash.
