Just found out my roomates are screwing me on rent.
3 working adults, 2 are married, and theres me...and i'm paying near half of the rent and until recently i paid no utilities.
Until the other day I had always figured that I paid a third plus extra as my share of utilities.
Well as we approach summer and the TN heat gets into swing, they decide if I want AC I should pony up.
My room is on the west side of the place, so it heats up more..I keep more door closed, as both personal preference and also to keep their kid and dog out, so air really doesn't flow in and out. I wake up feeling like I just got out of a pool , if I get to sleep at all.
I bought a large box fan and have a smaller fan. If I pull aside the cover i can open up the window and let cool morning air in. But this lets a lot of light in,right on my bed, as well. This also lets in a lot of outside sound.
Chris tends to put the dog out right after he gets home at three, which responds by barking right outside my window.
I know they have problems with money,they racked up some bills by being stupid..How stupid I didnt learn till I after I moved in. However I don't think It's right for them to demand of me to help pay their bills. I mean shit..for what I'm paying now I could have stayed in my little trailer in castalian and had all the peace and quiet I could handle.
