Hello Again ^_* Well i over did it AGAIN! *ouch* I tore my left Bi-cept muscle during my regular workout AND it is soo F'ing painful!! Therapy was a killer today! Besides all that ...Life is very sweet ! Hope all is well with all of you in the Beautiful SG Community! Ciao For Now ^_^ Paulie O

AGH, tearing muscles is a BEE-YATCH. Otherwise, I hope your life's going alright, Paulie, walking around in a sling or a cast or a wrap or whatever they put arms with torn muscles in. I'm happy to report that i've torn no muscles and thus things are going relatively well in comparison. My best friend is in town and hopefully I can have some fun with this four day weekend. CIAO and heal quickly.
