life is going well. got an awesome job as a residential counselor for teens with mental health issues. it's certainly going to have it's good and bad days, but the staff is all really tight and a lot of fun to work with. i've honestly never been in such a laid back working environment (although it can get very serious when it needs too) with such an incredibly close staff.
last night we had a cousin party. it was much more laid back then usual, which was nice. just all cousins and some other common friends sitting around talking, drinking, and playing with jeff and lori's pitbulls. jeff and lori get married in a little over a week, which makes her my cousin. that's awesome, lori's a good person and i have fun talking to her. soon they should have that other house on their property fixed up, i'm thinking of renting one of the apartments. our mutual friend duggan is thinking of doing the same. that'd be great, we'd have a lot of fun just getting together for drinks all the time.
so yeah for now, life is good.
