I finally made a resume and submitted it to over 20 companys looking for employees with experience in clerical, secretarial, and data-entry work. I also called and left a message for Adecco which is a temp-hire agency.

Depending on the way things go, I won't ever have to dance again - which would be heavinly.

I got an email this morning from Grant saying he made it to Iraq safely. The gesture made me smile and made my day a whole hell of a lot better.

....

and last night his mother and I spoke for an hour and a half on the phone, which was refreshing. She likes me because she trusts Grant's judge of character. She's coming out to stay with me for a week and I'll be picking her up on Nov. 11 at Tucson International Airport.

I miss him so much.

Well, I must clean the house and get ready for work tonight. Have to pay a court fine, buy contact lenses, and attempt to throw my sister a suprise birthday party for next weekend, and quite possibly snag a Halloween costume for myself. I'm stand-offish about buying one, because I haven't been invited to anything yet. So who knows.

Either way, I hope you all had a great weekend, and that your Sunday is as relaxing as mine has been so far.

P.S. I "severed ties" with a few people that weren't making me feel very good about myself. In consequence, this two months might be the lonliest of most, but I'm willing to deal. besides, with getting a G.E.D., and paying back debts, and getting a new/2nd job, and paying bills, and reading this bible, and working out, I don't have much time for it anyways. Guess it's a good thing I have tons of things to occupie my time. Hanging out with questionable people out of desperation for company is a bad habit to get into.
