Create your character, press 'Print Screen' and then open Paint or Photoshop (or whatever you got) and use the Paste From option. It'll put a image of the whole screen in there which you can then trim down. They should have put that on the website, I'm lucky that the original link in SGUK was posted with instructions for dummies like me
